Cakes

Chocolate Cake:

Milk chocolate Bundt cake with almond extract and mini Chocolate chips, Covered in a rich chocolate glaze decorated with Fresh Strawberries and dusted with Powdered Sugar. $30

Carrot Cake:

A 2 layer Carrot cake generously frosted with rich cream cheese frosting and decorated with Swiss dots and crushed pecans. $40

Strawberry Shortcake:

Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Cake with whipped cream and fresh ripe Strawberries thick in every one of the 3 layers. $35

Banana and Honey

Fresh Banana cake frosted with a cinnamon honey frosting and garnished with a fresh banana slice

Banana Cream Pie

Fresh Banana Cake filled with banana custard, frosted with whipped cream sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and garnished with a banana slice

Boston Crème Pie

Vanilla Cake filled with Creamy custard, dipped in a rich chocolate ganache and topped off with a dollop of whipped cream

Carrot

Pecan and carrot studded Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and garnished with a sugared carrot rind.

Chai Spice

Spiced Chai Tea Cake with marshmallow Chai frosting and garnished with a cinnamon stick

Chocolate Cherry

Chocolate cherry cake frosted with Chocolate fudge Frosting and topped with a chocolate dipped cherry.

Dark Chocolate Orange

Dark Chocolate orange cake frosted with dark chocolate Grand Marnier frosting and garnished with an orange wedge

Coconut Crème Pie

Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla/ Coconut Cake filled with coconut crème pie filling and topped with meringue and toasted coconut.

Vanilla or chocolate Oreo Cupcake frosted with vanilla Oreo buttercream and garnished with a mini oreo.

Death by Chocolate

Dark chocolate cupcake with semisweet mini chips, filled with chocolate mousse, dipped in dark chocolate ganache, frosted with chocolate fudge buttercream and topped off with sprinkles.

Devil’s Cheesecake

Devils food cake filled with cheesecake, dipped in rich chocolate ganache, frosted with chocolate fudge frosting and garnished with chocolate mini chips and shavings

Devils Food cupcake frosted with chocolate pudding frosting sprinkled with cookie crumbs and garnished with gummy worms.

Hazelnut

Chocolate cake baked with crushed Ferrero Roche chocolates and Nutella, frosted with Chocolate Nutella buttercream and topped with a Ferrero Roche Chocolate

Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate chip studded peanut butter cake baked with a Reese’s cup in the center, dipped in chocolate ganache and frosted with chocolate peanut butter buttercream and garnished with a peanut butter cup…very decadent!

Peppermint Pattie

Moist chocolate cake dipped in chocolate ganache , frosted with peppermint buttercream and garnished with a York peppermint Pattie.

Pina Colada

Moist Pineapple/ Coconut Cake with Malibu Rum, Fresh Chunks of pineapple and Frosted with a Pineapple Whipped Cream and toasted coconut with a tropical umbrella

So Halloween is this Friday and in celebration of the holiday I baked up some delicious pumpkin spice cupcakes frosted with orange cream cheese frosting and garnished with Halloween spider sprinkles! very good!

Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes

TA-DA...NEW POST! :)

This week I had a cupcake order for a dozen Boston Cream Pie cupcakes for a co-worker.

They turned out pretty good.. the chocolate ganache ran a little over the edge, however I think it adds character.. :)

It is a vanilla cake filled with vanilla custard , dipped in milk chocolate ganache and topped off with a dollop of fresh whipped cream!

Baby Shower Cupcake Packaging

TA-DA...NEW POST! :)

So I finished up my week with the second baby shower cupcakes.

I posted pictures of the finished product and now here is the adorable pink and chocolate packaging.

They were each individually packaged in a pink Chinese take-out box and wrapped in chocolate ribbon. They were so much fun to make and I hope they were enjoyed!

2nd Baby Shower

TA-DA...NEW POST! :)

So here are the cupcakes for my second baby shower this week.

The couple are expecting a baby girl and the color theme is chocolate and pink.

They ordered 2 dozen chocolate chip mini cupcakes. 1 dozen frosted with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and the other dozen frosted with chocolate cream cheese frosting.

The first dozen are decorated with pink sugar sprinkles, and a "Its a Girl" charm tied with curling ribbon, the second dozen are decorated with a brown fondant flower with a pink fondant dot in the center!

I think they are just fabulous! I love how small the cupcakes are and they are my favorite to date!

They are going to be individually packaged in pink Chinese take out boxes and tied with chocolate ribbon.. those pictures will be posted this weekend.

Since I made mini cupcakes I had a lot more than 2 dozen so there are also some extra pictures of chocolate cupcakes with pink fondant flowers.

Baby Showers

TA-DA...NEW POST! :)

So.. This week I had the task of making cupcakes for two baby showers.

The first order was for my seasonal flavor gingerbread man. Now normally this specific flavor of cupcake would come with a sugared gingerbread man on top, however my supplier had them on backorder so I decided to go with the theme of the shower and decorate them "baby girl" style..

A gingerbread cupcake baked with fresh lemon zest and frosted with fresh lemon cream cheese frosting.. sprinkled with pink sugar and topped off with a "ITS A GIRL" charm that has pink curled ribbon tyed on! soo cute!
