So Halloween is this Friday and in celebration of the holiday I baked up some delicious pumpkin spice cupcakes frosted with orange cream cheese frosting and garnished with Halloween spider sprinkles! very good!

Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes
TA-DA...NEW POST! :)
This week I had a cupcake order for a dozen Boston Cream Pie cupcakes for a co-worker.
They turned out pretty good.. the chocolate ganache ran a little over the edge, however I think it adds character.. :)
It is a vanilla cake filled with vanilla custard , dipped in milk chocolate ganache and topped off with a dollop of fresh whipped cream!

Baby Shower Cupcake Packaging

So I finished up my week with the second baby shower cupcakes.
I posted pictures of the finished product and now here is the adorable pink and chocolate packaging.
They were each individually packaged in a pink Chinese take-out box and wrapped in chocolate ribbon. They were so much fun to make and I hope they were enjoyed!

2nd Baby Shower
TA-DA...NEW POST! :)
So here are the cupcakes for my second baby shower this week.
The couple are expecting a baby girl and the color theme is chocolate and pink.
They ordered 2 dozen chocolate chip mini cupcakes. 1 dozen frosted with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and the other dozen frosted with chocolate cream cheese frosting.
The first dozen are decorated with pink sugar sprinkles, and a "Its a Girl" charm tied with curling ribbon, the second dozen are decorated with a brown fondant flower with a pink fondant dot in the center!
I think they are just fabulous! I love how small the cupcakes are and they are my favorite to date!
They are going to be individually packaged in pink Chinese take out boxes and tied with chocolate ribbon.. those pictures will be posted this weekend.
Since I made mini cupcakes I had a lot more than 2 dozen so there are also some extra pictures of chocolate cupcakes with pink fondant flowers.

So.. This week I had the task of making cupcakes for two baby showers.
The first order was for my seasonal flavor gingerbread man. Now normally this specific flavor of cupcake would come with a sugared gingerbread man on top, however my supplier had them on backorder so I decided to go with the theme of the shower and decorate them "baby girl" style..
A gingerbread cupcake baked with fresh lemon zest and frosted with fresh lemon cream cheese frosting.. sprinkled with pink sugar and topped off with a "ITS A GIRL" charm that has pink curled ribbon tyed on! soo cute!
